Karl is totally reliable and committed to his work.  My wife and I were ecstatic with the end result.  Karl is a perfectionist and his work is of an exceptional standard and I would most definitely have Karl for any future work. 

As for the aftermath, all debri was cleared and ensured that the site was left clean and tidy.  Karl is to be highly recommended to anyone who is considering having any construction work. 

Before the build commenced Karl met me to go over the list of materials and surveyed the sight in readiness to commence his work.

He set a date and arrived on time.  He was punctual every day and spent a full 8 hours on sight and never once failed to turn up.

I experienced a number of problems with the build including the slab which was constructed by another contractor.  Karl manage to correct things with the minimum fuss.

I wanted a plinth effect at the front of the house and Karl provided me with the spec and drawings which a did in his own time. However I was supplied with the wrong bricks.  Karl again managed to resolve this.  He was excellent in communicating with me.

All his work was completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend him to others."
